Position Overview
Seeking experienced Managed IT Services (MSP) Sales Associates to join our growing IT services company serving the greater Boston area.
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated sales professional already working in technology sales, telecom, cybersecurity, copier sales, SaaS, or MSP services who wants to add a highly lucrative side income stream.
This role offers complete flexibility in schedule and work hours.
We are results-driven: performance is measured by closed business, not time worked.

Territory focus: within a 30-mile radius of Boston, MA.
Commission Details
Sales Associates receive:
100% of the first month's Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for each signed managed services agreement
Commission paid upon signed contract and onboarding
Example:
If a client signs a managed services agreement worth $3,000/month in recurring revenue, the sales contractor earns a $3,000 commission.

Contractors are expected to close:
Minimum: 2 new managed services contracts per month
Lead Generation Expectations
Sales contractors will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects in our CRM, targeting businesses located within a 30-mile radius of Boston.
Ideal candidates should already have:
Existing business relationships
Experience selling IT, telecom, cybersecurity, SaaS, copier, VoIP, or managed services
Strong networking and prospecting skills
Ability to independently generate and close opportunities

Pricing Model (Typical Client Revenue)
Typical managed service pricing includes:
$160+ per remote workstation/user per month with PSA + tools
$200+ per onsite workstation/user per month with PSA + tools
Onboarding Fees
Each new client includes a required onboarding fee ranging from $1,500-$2,000+, depending on scope, complexity, and business size.
The onboarding fee covers implementation, setup, migration, and project-related expenses.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is best suited for someone who:
Already works in IT/MSP/technology sales in the North East or the West Coast of US.
Wants a flexible, high-commission side opportunity
Has an existing network of SMB decision-makers
Can independently source and close deals
Understands recurring revenue service agreements
